I’ll be fair and say the bike does what it’s supposed to do, and it’s not a bad ride on straight roads. But comfort-wise, it didn’t really meet my expectations. The seat starts feeling hard after just a short while, and the handling feels a bit heavy, especially when turning or trying to maneuver in tighter spots. For the price, I was hoping it would feel smoother and easier to control. It’s not a terrible bike by any means, but it’s just not the best fit for me.

I thought this was going to take way longer, but I got it put together quickly and everything lined up fine and nothing gave me trouble, so I was just kind of surprised in a good way.

I reached out to support and it took longer than I expected to hear back. The whole thing was just a bit frustrating, something about it made the experience feel slower than it needed to be...

I bought my bike from eahoraebike.com mostly for getting to work and running quick errands around town. So far, the battery range has been solid... I don’t think I’m getting the exact full number they list, but with pedal assist it gets close enough for what I need.

Charging is simple enough since I just plug it in overnight. If the battery is low, it usually takes around 5 to 6 hours for me, so it’s not exactly fast... but it’s manageable if I plan ahead.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the charger does get a little warm, and I do wish it charged faster. That said, I’m still happy with the bike overall and it’s been useful for my everyday rides

The bike’s fine when you’re cruising on flat roads, but the second you hit a hill, the motor starts acting like a total wimp. For the price, I expected way more power. I still had to pedal my ass off sometimes, which is annoying.

I picked up an Eahora e-bike mostly because the price was better than a lot of the other ones I was looking at. Overall, it’s been decent for the money. It rides fine, and the battery has been okay so far. A few parts do feel a little cheap though, and I had to mess with some adjustments after it showed up, which wasn’t ideal. Support also took longer than I expected to get back to me, that part was weird. It’s not a bad bike, but it definitely feels like a “you get what you pay for” kind of purchase...

Trying to deal with the warranty and return support was a headache. The replies took forever, and every time I asked something, I still didn’t really get a clear answer. After spending that much, I expected better, but...

The shipping took way longer than they said it would and the tracking barely updated the whole time. When the bike finally showed up the box was all beat up and a few parts had scratches on them. I reached out to support but they just sent short replies that did not really help. it was not worth the headache.

As someone who relies on my Eahora bike regularly, I was relieved that I could get replacement parts when I needed them. That said, a few things were out of stock, so I ended up waiting longer than I expected. Support did get back to me, but the replies weren’t exactly quick. Overall, it worked out in the end, but the process could definitely be smoother
